Your main responsibilities

System Operation

95% system up-time
  • Yearly IT equipment and system planning and execution
  • Perform all required IT process following group IT guidelines and requirement
  • Level 2 support technical request from all IT users (Office and Field)

Support company operation

Implement improvement initiative as a business partner to company operation
  • Act as a business partner to propose and implement initiatives to improve work efficiency and security of all departments

IS and IT Usage Rule

Zero % of user violence
  • Regular IT assess audit
  • Implement mandatory IT security operation as per group IT instruction
  • Continuously train and audit user for IT security compliant
