  • Frequent meeting with client to bring new projects and network
  • Work for prompt actions to response to customer inquiries with high quality of service offer.
  • Continuously Improve E&E industry, Product knowledge and skills to “delight the customer’ at all times

  • Achieve Sales target with high profits
  • Meeting with customer (if needed) to support operation for technical solutions, variations to bring down cost and maximize profit
  • Meeting with customer (if needed) to support money collection
  • System Data Accuracy: Always update project information accurately in the SHAPE/SAP system as per company regulations, ensuring precise forecast updates.
  • Process Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company processes, including NewOn, COM, FF+, and others.

People

 

Develop team member

  • Regular coaching and training staffs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Support and motivate staffs for short and long terms development
  • Prepare succession plan for department
