Your main responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct annual examination and other statutory testing for Company lifts & escalators in conjunction with Manager, Engineers and Supervisors in accordance with the annual test schedule
- Issue repair requisition to Service Department for rectification of defects found from test and examination and follow up the status
- Work with Engineers to complete testing and issuing of safety certificates
- Supervise the enforcement of electrical installation works for lifts and escalators
- Attend site meetings and joint inspection with internal & external clients as well as EMSD
- Monitor the incident rate and conduct check as necessary
What you bring
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Attainment of certification of Lift and Escalator Engineers issued by EMSD
- Holder of a Registered Electrical Work - License A and/or B is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' site experience in examination and testing of lift and escalator equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to exercise good team collaboration with the Technicians and Engineers
- Strong detail-orientation, with good judgmental capabilities
- Strong sense of responsibilities and dedication
- Good command of written English and Chinese
