Service Operation Manager / Assistant Service Operation Manager

Mobility is the goal

The incumbent will be primarily accountable for the following areas of responsibilities:

 

Safety and Quality

  • Ensure compliance with employment and health and safety procedures CPSI, ON, service planning, TCO, GCM, etc.

 

Service & Repair Fulfillment

  • Optimize the branch staffing of service technicians, by planning the personnel needs including route organization, workloads and training
  • Conduct periodical inspections ensuring fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and follow-up of the work performed
  • Manage problem solving of sick units and monitor MTBC improvement
  • Cooperation with local government bodies and QPS for any safety inspection, testing.
  • Execute and solve retrofits, DLFI and non-conformities
  • Monitor spare parts consumption
  • Identify major repair, overhaul, or modernization need and refer to relevant department
  • Prepare and fulfil budget and key metrics with the Branch Manager

 

Service & Repair Fulfillment

  • To support contract sales team for meeting customer in technical aspect
  • To support documentation on technical matters`

 

People Management

  • Execute leadership to technicians in matters of customer and employee satisfaction adding value to the business, quality of work and operational efficiency
  • Iidentify competence level of field staff and recommend certification
  • Identify technical training needs for the technicians and branch field development
 

Mobility needs you

  • Degree holder in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years' relevant experience in the lift and escalator industry on the managerial capacity in leading a sizeable maintenance team
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, customer oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong leadership and
  • Good technical competence in lift and escalator industry
  • Good writing & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Less experience can consider as assistant service operation manager
