Field Business Transformation Manager (REMOTE)

This role is open for REMOTE candidates based in the US 


The Field Transformation Manager will serve as the tactical lead for multiple field transformation strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities will include performing analysis to help develop robust business cases for strategic initiatives at the field level. Working with key members of the field organization and product line leadership teams to validate assumptions and obtain buy-in. Developing and maintain project implementation plans to successfully execute change management programs in the field. Additionally, they will monitor post-launch performance, to adapt and assist the business in intervening where necessary to insure project success.

  • Support Field Operations transformation initiatives, including but not limited to: Last mile delivery, Forward Stocking Locations, Office of the Future, Waste stream sustainability. 
  • Work closely with SSO and Field Procurement teams to assist with development of RFPs and vendor selection for strategic projects
  • Partner with Facilities team and field managers to support office and warehouse relocations
  • Meet or exceed field savings targets tied to project implementations
  • Partner with field organization personnel to gain buy-in and support for deployment of initiatives
  • Serve as escalation point to assist field personnel with process break-down or vendor issues related to deployed projects to ensure continuity of operations
  • Communicate effectively to ensure full alignment with Schindler Elevator Corporation’s (SEC’s) overall strategies.
  • Develops and monitors KPIs relevant to the successful execution of various initiatives
  • Works with minimal supervision and may be assisted by entry and intermediate level employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Transformation team leadership.
  • Track and report project-based cost savings. Ensure validation and approval guidelines are met.
  • Work with IT to support system integration as needed on project rollouts
  • Ensure project vendor's compliance to Schindler safety standards
  • Travel on site to various field locations to meet with local staff
