Payroll Analyst

Schindler is on a journey to improve its processes, drive increased business value and optimize service delivery. The organization is moving to a Business Service Center (BSC), while expanding standardization and continuous improvement capabilities.  

The Schindler BSC organization will play a major role in the pivot to process automation and leading practices. The evolution in the BSC aims to serve as a platform for future growth in the business and a model for innovation and unlocking customer potential. The team being assembled will be key in driving process standardization and optimization by centrally managing end-to-end processes, while meeting service delivery.

 

**NOTE: This is NOT a Remote Role (ON-Site)

 

  • Provide system and data support in analyzing payroll data
  • Generate, review and summarize payroll reports
  • Coordinate troubleshooting as related to interfaces with external organizations
  • Serve as payroll contact for internal departments and external vendors as it relates to payroll data, reports and payments
  • Research more complex pay issues in conjunction with the payroll administrator
  • Adhere to payroll processing schedule and ensure deadlines are met
  • Execute interfaces and run payroll processing activities.
  • Reconcile payroll results and perform audit checks
  • Participate in quarterly balancing of Year End totals.
  • Conduct Year End balancing and filings.
  • Track payroll results against metrics
 

Mobility needs you

1. Must have ADP GlobalView or SAP experience

2. Strong excel knowledge

3. Working understanding of e-Time or related time and attendance system
