Talent Attraction Sourcing Specialist


Your Skills

The TA Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for driving the key TA activities which includes, creating requisitions, sourcing talent from Job Boards and ATS, initiate contact with talent from Job Boards and ATS, building the internal TA database etc. The TA Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, by maintaining open communication with TA and potential candidates.  The TA Sourcing Specialist should be well versed in the use of LinkedIn and other job boards, as well as other methods of sourcing talented candidates in various disciplines. 


The TA Sourcing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining the necessary TA data in the SF tool as well as in the form of database, to support the data requirements of the TA Scorecard. 


Your Experience

  • Attend job requisition intake meetings with the hiring managers and HRBP’s.  And ensure the requisitions follow the necessary approval chains.   

  • Source candidates through various job boards (ie LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc) and various professional networks. Effectively screening resumes to set up preliminary interviews with TA.   

  • Maintain TA database in the Success Factors ATS and tracking recruiting activities via Excel trackers. 

  • Work with HRBPs/HRGs and Hiring Managers to process requisition and post roles on ATS and job boards.

  • Build positive relationships with internal TA teams. 

  • Create a diverse pipeline of future talent for frequently in demand titles.  



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 

  • Previous experience in Recruiting (1-2 years) 

  • Strong experience providing customer service, whether internal or external 

  • Strong relationship building experience.  Ability to communicate effectively, follow up on various tasks, multi-task, and exceptional organization skills 

  • Networking experience, preferred but not required  

  • Ability to utilize job boards for sourcing talent.  Experience with Boolean is a plus. 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred) or other ATS systems is required 

  • Technologically savvy with a willingness to learn  

  • Ability to think outside of the box, create/update processes, and a continuous improvement mindset
