Global Sales Manager Digital Products & Services (m/f/d)

Mobility is the goal:

Schindler is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Global Sales Manager to drive the success of the Digital Products and Services. This key role is responsible to oversee global sales development, manage sales initiatives with zone and national teams and support the Global Account Management as an Expert. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or sales management.


Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Define and launch sales initiatives for Digital Products and Services
  • Define Business/Use cases and create sales material in close collaboration with national Sales Teams of Schindler country organizations
  • Track sales globally and follow-up on KPIs with zone and national sales managements
  • Collaborate with the Product Management on Pricing and
  • Ensure that the sales aspects are covered during market introduction and during the development of go-to-market approaches
  • Gather and process feedback from the zone and national sales teams to continuously improve the Schindler offering
  • Support and train sales teams about Digital and Service sales


Mobility needs you:


  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and significant business acumen
  • 10+ years of B2B sales ideally in the B2B preferably Elevator & Escalator Industry
  • Experience in digital product and service sales (e.g. software or cloud solutions) a plus


Job related technical skills & functional experience:

  • Expert knowledge on B2B sales specifics and track record of success
  • Open minded with a good understanding of cultural and business etiquette
  • Passion for helping people understand complex concepts through stories, simple visuals, and demonstrating software
  • Experience with OEM deal terms and negotiations



  • Team player. Strong drive. Self-starter.
  • Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad constituency ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical management
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities including experience with contract negotiation
  • Structured and systematic way of working


Communication requirements:

  • Solid command of written and verbal English
  • Knowledge of additional languages a plus
