Service Sales Manager

Mobility is the goal

  • Work with General Manager to prepare and implement annual EI Sales Plan in support of Area and Corporate Objectives
  • Enforce systematic sales management practices with processes and tools applied
  • Identify all major potential customers, including national accounts to establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with key accounts
  • Manage, organize, focus, coach and direct all EI Sales Representatives on growing the office EI and FP business lines and achieving office EI sales budget.
  • Provide support, training and mentoring to EI Sales force.
  • Track performance vs. objective for all EI Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure goal achievement of all EI Sales Representatives
  • Develop local sales budgets in line with the Regional targets
  • Develop, coordinate and facilitate District EI sales training programs
  • Maintain lead role for EI sales initiatives, policies and programs by working closely with General Manager EI and EI sales Representatives
  • Develop corrective actions where appropriate
  • Participate in the interviewing, and screening and hiring process for all new EI Sales Representatives
  • Authorize first level pricing escalation
  • Develop and execute plans to support implementation of district sales initiatives to achieve strategic plan objectives.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to ensure positive service and satisfaction with customers.

Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key district service customers and influential industry consultants through personal contact and staff assignments.
