The Fixed Price and Repair Manager will be responsible for Fixed Price (FP) sales and operations in Buffalo, NY, Rochester, NY, and Syracuse, NY. In this role, the employee shall work with EI Sales Representatives, EI Superintendents, Route Technicians, Management, and utilize corporate resources to ensure that Districts achieve their business objectives in Repair.

The Fixed Price and Repair Manager will work with customers and technicians to schedule and efficiently execute sold Fixed Price jobs. This includes surveying jobs, ordering material, filing necessary permits, and coordinating with necessary vendors to ensure that jobs do not exceed estimated costs. Additionally, this employee shall work with District Manager, EI TOM, and other employees to ensure that corporate initiatives and forecasts are complete and accurate.

In this role, the employee shall proactively identify opportunities and propose FP. Working closely with EI Sales Representatives to ensure that weekly proposal activity is equal to 4:1 of the weekly FP Sales Plan. Additionally, this employee is expected to proactively schedule and lead Route Reviews and identify opportunities to sell upgrades that will improve reliability, safety, and code compliance. This employee is also expected to lead sales initiatives, new products, and additional opportunities to maximize FP revenue (ie: QKS16 drive, Hydro Express, Schindler Ahead, etc).

 
 
Mobility needs you

• BS/AS degree in Engineering or Business with prior technical sales experience; or, Journeyman Technician experience with minimum 5 years in field
• Minimum 3 years experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve sensitive employee relations issues
• Solid problem solving and proven negotiating skills, high sense of urgency, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent PC skills
