Senior Service Sales Engineer

Overall Description:
As the EI Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to align market share, sales targets, and profitability objectives with the OC and Existing Installation Sales, following OC product and service positioning strategies. Your role involves driving Portfolio growth in both units and value, defining necessary implementation initiatives in collaboration with Global EI Sales and Fulfillment functions.

Principal Activities:

Collaborate in the budgeting process for service sales.
Implement sales processes and tools for Service enhancements.
Request product and service development or adaptations to EI Sales Group based on market requirements.
Establish and maintain service sales price lists, manage pricing escalations, and yearly price adjustments.
Assist Branches with significant accounts and major public and private Service tenders.
Ensure portfolio retention, develop action plans to prevent losses, and conduct recovery activities in alignment with Global functions.
Develop strategies to maximize conversion rates in the OC.
Support Branches in process and tool-related queries (key users).
Regularly monitor and analyze Competitor strategies and market developments.
Own and implement the yearly price adjustments process.

Education and Specialty:

Top qualifications Bachelor degree "Engineering Mechanical or Electrical".

Specific Training and Qualification:

Computer skills at advanced level.
Advanced English.
High level of communication skills.
Customer orientation.

Experience Required:

4+ years of experience in Sales
