Provide leadership, planning and motivation in the implementation of health, safety, and loss control.

Developing, regularly reviewing and, as appropriate, revising the Project Health Safety & Environment Plan to ensure that it continues to meet the specific requirements of the project.

In consultation with Project management, regularly review safe work procedures.

Establishing a monitoring regime to ensure that unsafe systems, places, or practices are identified and remedied at the earliest.

Ensure that all - reportable accidents and serious incidents are reported to Project Management and the employer’s representative.

Responsible to Ensure all Safety Compliances in Project

Train & Developing Team on regular basis Conducting TBT, Safety Walk , Training Sessions, Fire Drill & Emergency Responses Training to Team & trainings to be conduct on regular basis to filed team

Ensuring all Safety Reports & Records well maintained & regularly Audited.

Coordination with Auditor for Quarterly Audit of Safety with External Bodies as per Contract requirement

Conducting Monthly Safety Meeting along with Customer on regular basis with PPT presentation

Conducting MARS Audit on every Month on Regular Basis & regularly monitoring on observations & improvement area

Preparation of documents & well maintained for ISO 14001 & 45001 Certification as per project requirement.

Qualification required:

Graduate in Safety Management

Experience Required:

Min. work experience : 15 yrs.

Min. experience in similar works : 10 yrs. of experience in Metro

Additional requirement : Diploma in Fire & Industrial Safety Management, NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational & Safety & Health)
