Human Resources Generalist

Mobility is the goal

Support all HR operational needs, and professionals in all employee life cycle in the organization, from recruiting needs to termination. Execute HR initiatives at a local level and be the go to person for HR topics for the area of responsibility.

Support the implementation of Human Resources goals and objectives with business leaders and HR Team. Responsible for effectively coordinating and implementing human resource programs.

Monitor and maintain the HR systems process such as employment, onboarding, personnel relations, position changes, payroll and termination process.

Resolve minor personnel and employee relations issues and help foster an effective, productive, progressive manager/employee work environment.

Provide feedback to managers on HR related issues.

Assist Managers to carry out HR initiatives such as performance review, employee engagement survey, development review, merit increase etc.

Develop positive employee relations environment.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits and Organization Development COE’s to drive various HR Process


Mobility needs you


Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related degree.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources as a Jr. / Associate HRBP.

Able to travel domestically approximately 10%

Additional Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working within a manufacturing and/or plant environment

Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Highly organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize without sacrificing quality.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively handle issues.

Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to adapt to change quickly and operate in a fast paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Power Point, Excel
