Growth Program Leader, Area South Operations

As the fastest growing region in the U.S., Area South is tasked with fueling the US subsidiary with sustainable, long-term profitable growth in order to maximize both market share and profits. We do this by executing a structured strategy that revolves around customer needs and experiences.  This coupled with superb technology introduction is what helps us to differentiate ourselves in a competitive market. As the Growth Leader for Area South, you will:


  • Lead the development, execution and operationalizing of the growth strategy for the Southern Region
  • Develop the growth initiatives and governance process in the New Installation, Modernization and Service business lines via cross functional alignment with the respective territory managers and senior product line leadership
  • Manage ongoing implementation and ensure projects and drive teams to stay on course to achieve growth targets
  • Support tactical growth planning for individual districts to balance short term vs long term goals
  • Conduct root cause analysis for issues effecting KPI results and support solution development
  • Lead the Area and Territory leadership with market sizing, SWOT & competitor assessment
  • Support the Area and Territory leadership to convey the growth ambition and results to territory teams and
  • Act as the liaison between the field teams and HQ where initiatives require involvement from both sides and ensure its successful implementation
  • Actively participate in the interview panel for growth program related hires/investments

  • Support product line team with market analysis and development on SEC level initiatives
  • Support territory managers with specific deployment of actions
  • Participate in the interview panel for growth program related hires/investments


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities necessary to complete the essential job functions

  • Candidate should be able to:
    • Structure a market growth opportunity into an organized approach and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run test analysis
    • Interpret trends in key metrics as performance indicators
    • Suggest pragmatic business problem solving solutions
  • Candidate should have polished writing and public speaking skill, should be comfortable on their feet during presentations and have the ability to synthesize information into key messages appropriate for the audience
  •  This position can be seated in California, Florida, Georgia or Texas


Mobility needs you

Basic Qualifications

  • 10 years in Industrial Services Experience in either field management and/or consulting
  • Quantitative background and experience (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering)
  • Program Management, business strategy experience or P&L management experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Elevator Sales and operations experience preferred
  • Experience leading large project teams and serving in an influencer role
  • Quantitative modelling experience, including, working with ambiguous data
  • Data analysis and developing micro-economic trends
  • International experience in growth environments
  • MBA and/or Continuous Improvement certification (i.e. 6Sigma, etc)
