Head - Commercial & Entertainment Segment

Mobility is the goal

Segment Leads are responsible to lead the Key Account Management activities which is an enterprise-wide business process seeking the development of strategic relationships with a limited number of key customers. Through Key Account Management the focus is to generate significantly more and long-term sustained business value for the customer and for Schindler.


External Customer

  • Develop, Deploy and execute Segment specific strategies to meet and or exceed annual targets
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key strategic clients and influential industry consultants through personal contact and staff assignments.
  • Building robust strategy on Customer Engagement to ensure 100% retention of portfolio
  • Win new accounts and increase share of wallet for national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs and supporting key accounts.


Internal Customer

  • Build strong partnership with the Field Operation Organization to drive the continuous revenue and portfolio growth through delightful customer experience
  • Foster environment that promotes teamwork and collaborAction to drive SEES and iNPS scores

People Development

  • Build up and manage a high performing team
  • Initiate procedures and leadership practices to create a business environment for participative management




Mobility needs you

Bachelors degree required, Master degree preferred.


Candidate must reside in the western part of the United States. Pacific time zone preferred.
