Mobility is the goal

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 

Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Drive territory recovery plan on a page strategy
  • Responsible for territory conversion process and rate
  • Manage the cancellation avoidance process on all accounts with a focus on Top 20 and also manage " at risk" program
  • Drive Tier D profit improvement actions
  • Responsible for sales on boarding
  • Support new sales hiring process
  • Help back fill for sales openings
  • Drive NPS score improvement and process compliance
  • Deploy repair initiatives
  • Responsible for obsolescence program in the territory
  • Ensure proper weekly sales meeting are being in held in all offices within the territory
  • Support FP pricing tools and BLA processes
  • Responsible for select territory key accounts
                   Mobility needs you                                      
 
  • Two years’ college required (BA/BS) or equivalent preferred
  • Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior Engineering or Business or Sales Management experience required preferably with a Technical or Engineered product.
