Corporate Communications Manager m/f (80-100 %)

The Coporate Communications Manager will further develop the company's issue management and closely work with key internal partners and stakeholders to ensure best practice in safeguarding the reputation of the Group. 


Main tasks include:


  • Safeguarding the reputation of the corporate brand through proactive and reactive communications support
  • Issue management, developing and implementing respective communication strategies and plans ensuring seamless workflows across the organization
  • Draft statements, Q&As, press materials and write and edit content for external communication channels, including social and online media
  • Planning and organizing crisis management readiness activities, including development of material in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and partners
  • Spokesperson responsibilities such as handling media enquiries, briefing executives and closely collaborating with senior management on message development
  • Editing and proof-reading communication materials
  • working in close collaboration with counterparts across a multi-cultural organization to develop reputation-strengthening business stories
  • Monitoring and sharing external stakeholder insights that may have an impact on the reputation of the company, brands and pipeline
  • Advising, training and supporting a broad international network of communications colleagues to manage potential reputational risks for the company

Mobility needs you

You are pro-active, flexible and resilient with a can-do attitude, result oriented and effective in both formal and informal settings with media representatives, senior executives, peers and business partners. You are a highly-motivated relationship builder with an excellent eye for detail and equally the bigger picture. Further qualifications may include:


  • University degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Science or Business Administration
  • 8 to 10 years' experience in delivering high-quality corporate communications and effective media relations
  • Track record in issues management and experience in leading multi-faceted communications campaigns across teams and regions
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and trainings as moderator and front of the room leader
  • Social media savvy
  • Excellent English language skills, business-fluent German is an advantage
