HR Consultant m/w (80-100%)

In this position you are responsible for the line manager and employee HR support and the daily operative business of the whole employee lifecycle. This includes all operative tasks from the onboarding processes up to conducting the exit interviews. Further tasks include:


  • Recruitment, onboarding, exit processes incl. local and international transfer: Source, evaluate, review, interview, onboarding and exit processes
  • Main HR contact to line managers and employees to consult in employment related queries and to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and current practice
  • Close cooperation with Senior HR Business Partners and other spezialized areas such as payroll, other HR Operations, Global Mobility etc.
  • Consulting Line Managers within organizational management projects and setting up the new structures in our systems as well as controlling the data quality of these systems
  • Actively contribute, drive and implement HR initiatives and projects
  • Support budgeting, salary round performance and development review processes
  • Deliver and drive roll-out of line manager HR tool trainings  

Mobility needs you

You are a team player with a high service orientation, a thorough and efficient working style and friendly manners. You possess an affinity for working with various IT tools along processes. Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications:


  • Further education in Human Resources (eidg. Fachausweis) and or general commercial studies with Human Resources experience
  • Several years of experience in operational HR in an international company
  • Proven track record of implementing HR tools/processes and/or proven track record on the operational side of change management projects
  • Excellent English and German language skills
