Project Manager Customer Service 80 - 100 % (m/f)

In this role, you are responsible for the successful execution of major projects in terms of planning, costs, quality and delivery. You coordinate and manage the assigned internal resources for planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery and engineering. The candidate possesses strong communication and collaboration skills and is acts as main point of contact for Supply Chain customers in order to deliver timely and respecting the highest quality standards. Through continuous oversight on cost and schedules allows to react and communicate proactively which enables to mitigate any risks. Main tasks may include:


  • Is fully responsible of accurate planning and execution of major projects ensuring on time delivery, budget adherence and highest quality standards
  • Structure project scope and objectives to continously monitor and manage execution and communication with the relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure on-time time deliveries, meeting defined cost targets, quality and scope of delivery
  • Support during offer phase in regards of scoping and pre-project planning to prepare smooth project expectation and mitigate risk
  • Develops and maintains project plans to track progress and highlight deviations
  • Use state of the art techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Manage project risks and ensure appropriate mitigation
  • Align on required resources and ensure availability to meet project targets
  • Keep management involved on major project related issues. Establish continuous project status communication and reporting

Mobility needs you

You are a self starter with very good communication skills. Also you are culturally sensitive team player at all levels with a strategic mindset. Further requirements may include:


• University degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent

• Strong project management skills

• 5+ years experience in front line organization within industrial sector
• Market know-how of elevator industries preferably with a sales background

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Project

• Project Management education beneficial
• Very good written and spoken English, any other European language would be of advantage
