Join a dynamic team where you have the empowerment to strive for the best, being responsible for the selection, development and engagement of our talents in conjunction with our HR Business Partners, Regional HR and all relevant business and HR stakeholders.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to assess our talents, understand their career aspirations, strengths and areas of development and identify career paths for them
  • Organise and take the lead for communication and engagement activities such as newsletters, knowledge sharing sessions and platforms, networking events, conferences, etc. and other creative developmental offerings to keep our talents growing and engaged
  • Develop a positive relationship with all the talents by having continuous and extensive one-on-one discussions with them, providing guidance on their career path and connecting them with the right resources to support them
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to our talents and relevant stakeholders
  • Regularly maintain all data and ensure its accuracy in our database, shared folders and intranet/internet
  • Able to work with our HR SuccessFactors systems, run reports and provide analytics reports
  • Serve as a liaison between talents, Home and Host Country HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders providing information and consultation regarding related policies, practices and processes and promoting direct and frequent verbal communication
  • Assist our stakeholders with any questions or concerns regarding talent development

Mobility needs you

You are a service-oriented and flexible professional who enjoys dealing with multiple stakeholders from culturally diverse backgrounds in a large matrix organisation. You have a passion for giving helpful feedback, seeing people grow and develop and contributing to our overall business and talent strategy.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in talent development, learning and development, human resource management and/or change management in a medium-large matrix organisation
  • Experience in participating in assessment centres, hosting conferences, facilitating workshops and/or deciphering psychometric assessments is highly preferable
  • Must be a growth-mindset individual who is flexible and adaptable in different environments or with culturally different mindsets
  • Strong proactive attitude, interpersonal skills, communication skills and active listening skills, and comfortable dealing with all levels of the organisation
  • Highly responsive and able to act on stakeholders’ feedback and needs with a calm and professional manner
  •  ‘Can do’ attitude, customer-focused and results-oriented
