Costing Engineer (Supply Chain)

Your Skills

PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position will be responsible for Cost Configuration development and maintenance for New Installation product lines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Cost estimates/comparison for components manufactured / purchased by Supply Chain as applied to Component Order Specifications
Develop / revise / maintain GTP structure and cost for NI Product Lines
Investigate cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review and follow up the actions implementation (CCQL and project management)
Strategic Projects Costing (F3 and global cost benchmark)

Your Experience

Successful candidates must have minimum 2-5 years experience in the following areas:

Engineering understanding (mech & elec; print reading, elevator sys / components)
Supply Chain and Industrialization knowhow and experience
Analytical competency (data mining, problem analysis; strong Excel skills)
Communication and interpersonal skills
SAP knowledge of material management, variant configuration

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
