New Installation Billing Administrator (Headquarters)

Primary Function 

The New Installation Billing Administrator is responsible for the processing of billing transactions related to the production of invoices on a group of accounts to ensure that all items are identified and charged to clients and that invoices are accurately generated, reviewed and mailed within established deadlines. The candidate must possess solid communication, organizational and analytical skills. 


  • Review contract conditions to determine billing requirements
  • Ensure of accuracy of billing rates, and revise where required
  • On a weekly basis, print repair invoices requiring special handling
  • Print customer invoices and complete mail out
  • Correspond with Operations Managers to address any discrepancies
  • Run weekly reports to ensure billing completion
  • Provide support to Accountant/Collections Department in resolving customer billing issues
  • Assist in annual audit tasks relating to billing
  • Assist in other areas of finance as required
  • Assist in annual archiving of finance records
  • Filing as required

Mobility needs you


  • Post secondary degree or diploma in accounting or finance 

Critical Skills 

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to follow detailed, established procedures
  • Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities
  • Problem Solving: Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively  
  • Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship
