Mobility is the goal

PREPARES WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED  by performing studying assembly instructions, drawings, specs, and part lists; gathering parts, tools, materials, retro sheets and cleaning broken boards.

POSITIONS PARTS by following established processes without approval and documented deviation; using fixtures; reading measurements, using knowledge of SMT procedures.

VERIFIES SPECIFICATIONS by self-inspecting documentation and completed boards

RESOLVES ASSEMBLY PROBLEMS by gathering pertinent data, identifying and evaluating options, and recommending a course of action.

MAINTAINS SAFE AND CLEAN WORKING ENVIRONMENT by complying with procedures and rules.

MAINTAINS SUPPLIES INVENTORY by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.

CONSERVES RESOURCES by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

DOCUMENTS ACTIONS by completing production, inventory, and quality forms accurately.

CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT by accomplishing department/company results as needed; maintaining effective communications with teammates, customers, and suppliers; accepting new challenges; acting as mentor to new/temporary employees.

Mobility needs you

High school diploma or the equivalent. Additional machine specific training as required.
