Sales Rep MOD

Mobility is the goal



  • Adhere to and set positive example for all applicable Field Safety Processes for sales representatives
  • Collaborate with Existing Installations Account Representatives / Field Supervisors, and Modernization Sales Representatives as well as utilize internal systems and tools to identify HXpress candidates within each market / sales territory
  • Collaborate with Existing Installations Account Representatives to contact EI customer base, determine building needs / vision, and determine solution required for customer needs, within HXpress product parameters
  • Identify recovery opportunities via EI representative collaboration and market networking activities to increase SEC market share via HXpress and new maintenance contract offerings
  • Collaborate with local / regional / national vendors to develop turnkey-scope pricing / solution when requested by customer
  • Conduct HXpress field surveys, submit survey data for estimate / proposal creation, present to customer, and follow-up / negotiate through securement of sale and booking
  • Drive post-sale process adherence, including booking, field engineering survey, customer communication, contract negotiation, sales-to-operations handoff, and working capital collection processes, following up through equipment turnover for beneficial use and project close-out
  • Provide proposal activity and market feedback to Modernization Territory Sales / Operations Managers including, but not limited to, proposal / capital budgeting activity, market pricing levels, win / loss determining factors, and competitor product scope trends
  • Engage target market segment trade organizations in order to increase brand and product awareness
  • Increase local and targeted community involvement to increase brand awareness and reputation
  • This position can be seated in Tampa, Orlando or Jacksonville!

Mobility needs you


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of technical Business-to-Business sales preferred
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite software, Lotus Notes, SAP preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Must have good conflict resolution skills
