Deputy Manager-Human Resources

Mobility is the goal

1. Role:

The Deputy Manager - HR will assist the Manager– Human Resources in administering the various HR

systems and processes. The person will also assist in designing and conceptualizing new HR


2. Responsibility:

- Assist Manager in providing General Training.

- Assist in handling HR Core processes

- PMS process


- Handling Onborading of new joinees.

- Coordinating with departments for onborading training.

- Lead, monitor and implement the action plans related to EMS

- Handling the Schindler orientation.

- Monitoring the schedules

- Conducting reviews and closely

- Pro-actively working on refining the program

- Responsible for the Schindler Newsletter.

Employee Motivation (EM)

- Develop and work on strategies in improving EM within the company.

- Also analyze survey results.

ON (Organisation Norms) Implementation

- Driving the various HR related, Group ON's implementation in IND

- Assist the HR Head and Manager HR in formulating and implementing the plan for various ON's

Policy Database

- Review of all existing policies

- Assist HR Head and Manager HR in co-ordinating and consolidating the new policies to be

added in the database

Mandatory: Bachelors degree, Management Degree



Post qualification experience of 6 – 10 years with a systems driven company.

intermediate, basic)
