The Global Account Manager creates value by optimizing the way we serve international clients. Delivering strong and consistently outstanding customer performance globally in collaboration with stakeholders and achieving the aim of a healthy growth strategy with a continuous increase in market share and profitability.

 

As Global Account Manager you are responsible for increasing profitability through strong client retention, portfolio growth, quality, and efficiency with a high level of client satisfaction.

 

Main tasks include:

  • Build a strong network of customer relationships with the assigned Global Accounts and maintain contacts at all necessary levels for Schindler

  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by developing a strong working relationship, building a detailed action plan to position Schindler as the preferred supplier and conducting triple fit analysis and professional implementation of account plan activities

  • Ensure governance models, quality/performance assurance, growth momentum, sustainability, innovation

  • Apply and develop processes and tools for continuous improvement of existing accounts 

  • Achieve agreed targets and follow up systematically with the right metrics

  • Managing and overseeing ongoing international tender processes

Further requirements may include:

  • Degree in Engineering/Business Administration and Master’s degree in Business Administration

  • Extensive experience in managing global/national key accounts

  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, preferably in a large/global organization

  • Strong understanding of the service business including quick learning and use of Schindler Service tools such as SAP, Shape

  • Working proficiency in English
