Area Quality & Business Continuity Leader

 

Your Skills

  • Lead Quality & Environment initiatives, programs and projects for a given Area as well as the associated districts and branches in that area
  • Communicate with a range of stakeholders across local offices and understand state of actions needed to address quality-related deliverables, i.e. periodic testing (CAT/CPSI), NC management, warranties, maintenance quality system walks, ISO and TCA audit requirements
  • Update and maintain quality databases, e.g. CPSI, NC, warranty, MQS, etc.
  • Produce and maintain reports.
  • Execute Schindler Problem Solving Process methodology on engineering and technician issues from the field
  • Communicate with Sups/Techs/TOM’s on a regular basis to drive performance. Remedy issues as they arise.
  • Engage with field technicians and superintendents to drive quality programs in the field
  • Perform SPSP on field engineering and technical issues and quality audits on various maintenance and installation modules
  • Execute and Administer the Field Labor Credit Process for SEC
  • Data owner for all Quality Data for SEC and global reporting
  • Primary data owner and plan administrator for the TCA audit of SEC
 

Your Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business
  • Data analysis and programming with MS Excel 5 years experience
  • Data analysis, basic quantitative analysis 5 years experience
  • Data visualization techniques with MS PowerPoint 5 years experience
