Assistant - Director Major Projects 1

Mobility is the goal

This professional level position will provide support and assistance to the Director - Major Projects by performing a wide variety of tasks and analysis related to strategic projects and key initiatives in the Major Projects arena.
Track and report new installation commodity sales, bid data, competitor information and market data. Provide timely analysis and recommendations to management.

  • Track and report activities related to new installations and modernization of major projects and provide support to the field organization as needed.
  • Identify market opportunities for new business. Develop and maintain metrics for measuring new installation sales and sales representative performance.
  • Provide document support to the new installation sales organization as needed to help secure new business.
  • Populate and drive consolidated cost estimating for major projects based on data provided.

Mobility needs you

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Management preferred
  • Masters degree preferred

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience involving large complex projects where multi-tasking and strong analytical skills have been demonstrated

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office, MS-Project and SAP.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel [VB experience a plus]
