Director, Operations and Processes (MOD Business)

The incumbent in this role will be leading the MOD Fulfillment, Methods and Process organization. The person will be responsible for management of the MOD Fulfillment product line which will include driving growth and OR through effective MOD fulfillment strategies, Development of process improvement strategies resulting in increased efficiencies, Implementing zone and group strategies, Technician training and skill development in partnership with Technical training organization.




  • Directing all aspects of Modernization Business for Operations, Methods and Installation Process.
  • Creating best practices for Operations using the framework of FF+. 
  • Work closely with the field organization to continuously capture the feedback from our Technician and Customers to develop effective Fulfillment Processes and Guidelines
  • Develop and implement operational strategy for MOD Fulfillment.
  • Monitor Labor Efficiency and directly support bottom districts as necessary.
  • Ensure Technician Training and Skill Improvement to achieve higher Efficiency, Quality and Human and Product Safety
  • Partnership with Field Organization in implementation of Group and Local Methods and Processes to drive effective installation strategies
  • Provide strategic support to the field organization to manage & drive labor over run
  • Develop vehicle strategy for MOD Business Line.
  • Support and work closely with field organization in resource management to ensure effective MOD project execution
  • Develop and implement best practice for installation process
  • Develop standard labor hours for estimating.  Monitor special hours.
  • Participate in all product development to optimize installation time.

Mobility needs you

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 10-15 years P & L Experience
  • 10-15 years Leadership and Change Management experience
  • 10-15 years Sales and Product Management experience
