Director, Talent & Development

The Director of Talent & Development manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts towards Attracting and Managing Talent. This position is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of talent.


  • Lead and drive various initiatives related to Business and Leadership training.
  • Conduct various Leadership programs inline with company’s leadership curriculum focusing to build Leadership expertise among company’s top talent.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to lead the local and Corporate career development programs which includes Structuring the program, Identifying business needs, Assessment and Selection of talent.
  • Work with various stakeholders as Change Management expert and use company’s Change management model in implementation of organization wide changes
  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process for Schindler Elevator Corporation (SEC) by keeping the focus to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
  • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.     
  • Partner with Group Talent & Development organization in STRATEGISING & COMMUNICATING Company’s Value Proposition
