Director - Existing Installation Repair

Mobility is the goal

  • Lead a team collaborating with 65+ offices to grow national repair sales of the company
  • Identify, develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, price and margin levels
  • Develop annual operating sales repair plans for each office down, to the sales rep level 
  • Devise and implement sales commission plans in collaboration with executive team
  • Ideate new sales and marketing plans for National Sales campaigns
  • Initiate efficiency programs pulling from best demonstrated practices across company
  • Analyze and report out KPIs on company, territory and district performance on monthly basis
  • Consult with Executive Team in constituting and pursuing appropriate schemes for continuous strategic growth of the company

Job skills and specification:

  • Must possess the ability to meet and exceed the annual sales and revenue goals of the company
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities while working on simultaneous projects/initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively across business lines, internal departments, as well as, 65+ field offices
  • Must possess advanced organization skills and uphold highest professional standards
  • Must be able to help in increasing client service and satisfaction
  • Able to manage working with multiple different teams simultaneously

Job Education and Qualifications:

  • The person must possess a Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • A Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and consumer products servicing environment
