Mobility is the goal

  • Develop & execute North America’s cost leadership strategy while maintaining quality and market needs.
  • Full responsibility for the entire value chain providing oversight of multiple product programs
  • Creation and improvement of multi-project tracking processes to ensure continuous understanding and communication of project status
  • Responsible for the strategy and fulfillment of overall project deliverables and ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Coordinate and deliver regular report outs to Global executive leadership on status, risks and issues associated with all aspects of the strategic initiatives being executed.


Professional Skills

  • Elevator industry and product knowledge highly desired
  • Five years of experience with large-scale program/project management
  • Ability to work and drive alignment within cross-functional teams
  • Experience and understanding of typical product cost structures, including factory and field
  • Ability to establish rapport and working relationships at all levels of the organization and communicate effectively throughout.

Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
