Electrical Engineer

Mobility is the goal

  • Research and develop technical solutions for elevator products (components / subsystems including system integration aspects) according to defined technical requirements (form, fit and function etc.)
  • work in close collaboration with the INDU team to refine and optimize component design
  • Prepare technical solution proposals
  • Ensure compliance with currently released norms and codes.
  • Document products with CAD / CAE, SAP, PDM and MS-Office and Intranet tools
  • Cooperate with other team members for projects / tasks within product scope.
  • Propose / support activities of efficiency improvement and best demonstrated practice

Mobility needs you

  • Electrical Engineering Graduate with an education in the areas of electrical circuit design, schematics development, embedded programming and system integration.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a working knowledge of electrical and electronic circuit design principles, CAD tools for use in circuit design, measurement tools for use in circuit evaluation and fault search.
  • Good documentation skills covering the writing and reviewing of requirements and design specifications is a must.
  • Problem solving skills will be key to the candidate’s success for the areas of circuit development, construction of simulators and simulation equipment. 
  • A key characteristic for success will be the individual’s ability to take the initiative on assigned tasks, but to also to identify needs, raise awareness and pursue solutions in areas outside the scope of directly assigned tasks.
  • Target environments: ARM Cortex M0 processor, Arduino 
  • Languages/Programming: C/C++, Visual Basic, ARM Assembly
  • Networking: TCP/IP, UDP, CISCO network equipment 
  • Hardware tools: Oscilloscopes, circuit assembly, and troubleshooting, soldering, circuit board design, Xbox Kinect
  • Software Tools:  ARM Assembly, Arduino, Multisim, MATLAB/Simulink, C++, Visual Basic
