Field Operation Manager (Remote)

Mobility is the goal

Drive local Field Operation Performance in a safe, efficient and consistent manner across SEC.


* Interface with FQE Safety to continuously evaluate NI Installation Practices are fully aligned
* Develop deploy and maintain compliance monitoring (i.e. PEP audit or similar)
* Interface with Finance to ensure accurate district budge setting, monitoring and reporting
* Provide training and mentoring to Field Operations on process, compliance and monitoring

* Interface with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality to quickly resolve systemic product issues

* Interface within NI Fulfillment and NI Sales and LPD organizations to drive process optimizations and consistency.
* Consistently meet timelines
* Able to work independently and provide direction to a team
* Required to travel throughout North America to ensure proper standards are being met


Mobility needs you

Bachelors - Management, Business or Finance prefered 

Minimum five years elevator expereince

Minimum three years project management experience

Technical knowledge/background required

Commodity product installation

NI supervision
