Global View Payroll HR Project Management Consultant

Mobility is the goal

  • Assist with the coordination and completion of one year Payroll, and HR systems conversion from a ADP Enterprise V5 to ADP Global View & Employee Center Success Factors systems.  
  • Work actively with vendors to prepared data field mapping for conversion to ADP Global View & Employee Center Success Factors system.    
  • Preform Unit and Parallel testing  
  • Create reports to test the accuracy of converted data
  • Create and provide on-site Payroll, and HR system training for Payroll ADP Global View & Employee Center Success Factors users.
  • Set-up report writer and job stream reports for users.  
  • Supported users by researching and resolving software and procedure problems.  
  • Coordinate the testing and distribution of accurate pay related interfaces to third parties.  

Mobility needs you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with multi-corporation, multi-state payroll processing, including experience with payroll, tax and wage and hour regulations
  • Experience with process ADP Global View
  • Proven ability to successfully build strong relationships with vendors
  • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally while advocating for best practices for Payroll & HR  
  • Ability to use critical thinking, complex problem solving skills and independent judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written skills


This assignment will run from March 2019 through January 2020.
