Installation Efficiency Program Manager

Mobility is the goal

The Installation Efficiency Program Manager is responsible for the overall identification and project management of installation related CCQL initiatives across all product lines.  Responsibilities include driving, overseeing and executing all activities from initiative identification though field introduction.  The INST NI Program Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with all CCQL managers and Workstream leaders.

  • Identification and documentation of process, tooling, and product optimization cost reduction opportunities focused on reducing field inefficiencies and thereby overall product installed cost
  • Estimation/quantification of installation hour reduction related to proposed initiative.
  • Development of project business case to ensure financial viability within SEC and strategic alignment with IMS Global. 
  • Definition and execution of multiple project plans to ensure alignment with other CCQL component and system level project rollouts.
  • PM tracking of multiple project’s milestones, driving completion of team actions, monitoring savings status, and providing report outs within the organization. 
  • Participation on the $100M CCQL core team as the Install NI Workstream leader to ensure visibility and updates on target savings realization, project status, risk challenges, mitigation opportunities, and cross-workstream assistance as required



Mobility needs you

Engineering degree with Operations/Manufacturing experience

  • Minimum 5 years elevator product knowledge and field experience
  • Proven project management expertise
  • Ability to work and drive alignment within cross-functional teams
  • Experience and understanding of product cost and business case structures
