LPD Coordinator

Mobility is the goal

  • Provide national administrative/HR support for Admins/PMs
  • Responsible for updating organizational charts, tracking budgets, creating/processing expese reports for personnel, set up internal and external meetings, prepare documents/presentations, and scribed and distrute meeting/teleconferences through Skype
  • Coordinate heavy domestic travel arrangements including, hotel, car rental, flights
  • Manage personnel calendars that include meeting coordinnation and continuous monitoring to ensure an effective schedule
  • Manage corporate fleet icluding, budgeting, ordering new vehicles, cordinating vehicle transfers and surpluses, managing correct selectors across SEC
  • Maintain employee personnel, benefits and IUEC files in line with company policy
  • Schedule new personnel for background and drug screening
  • Support SEC TOMS, AOM, & NI Managers
  • Provide technicial support Iphone/Ipad
  • Resonsible for coordinating large meeting events including hotel arrangments for attendees, transportation,
  • Responsible for annual FQE audit, provide documentation of compliance through FQE
  • Manage safety data includes ensuring all technicians are completing their weekly toolbox talks as well as monthly safety
  • Order uniforms, safety gear, speacilized tooling for traveling trainers
  • Manage payroll for 30+ technicians ensuring charge #s, coding, and wage rates are correct and processed timley through payroll HQ
  • Acounts payable
  • Manage/process national NI grievances
