Learning & Development Manager

 

Your Skills

Responsible for building and maintaining a learning and development culture at Schindler. Play a strategic role in the organization to ensure employee acquire and build skills, knowledge, and competencies that will enable them to perform at a high level and enhance the overall people capability in the organization. Establish budget and training plan for Leadership and development programs/trainings. Deploy Leadership and development programs & solutions and localize these frameworks where and when required.

 

  • Localize global leadership training frameworks with room to adjust the framework, based on Schindler needs as well as language requirements and how to deliver the defined programs & solutions
  • For specific needs, develop programs using both internal and external resources to support the development of the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of the employees to enable them to support the needs of the business.
  • Manage and administer the employee learning journey incl. documenting and orchestrating all learning and development requirements: working with HRBPs and Talent Management to collect development needs from all functions and develop, coordinate, and implement development programs & solutions
  • Manage and administer program delivery in collaboration with internal employees especially people leaders, HR.
  • Implement and maintain the learning management system for Leadership and Development programs.
 

Your Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Busines or a related field. Master's degree (M.A.) desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a
  • Human Resource Learning and Development role, specifically in Leadership programs, in a mid to large scale organization
  • Managerial experience on Human Resource team preferred
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint, SAP, LinkedIn or other online curriculum software knowledge preferred.
