Your Skills

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Program, with core responsibility to drive continued progress of I&D strategies, goals and initiatives, and work with key organizational stakeholders to champion a diverse workforce and inclusive environment where people can thrive and be their authentic selves.


  • Drive strategic and tactical initiatives to better attract, retain, engage and inspire employees through an awareness and alignment of I&D into all Company processes, programs and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Design, develop and lead Employee Inclusion Network (EIN) strategies and programs including budgeting, sustaining, and strengthening EIN membership and program offerings, facilitating cross network collaboration, coaching internal EIN leads, and maintaining high levels of executive sponsor engagement.
  • Work with Talent & Development specialists and external partners to develop, align and embed diversity and inclusion programs and content into Company talent and leadership development programs and curriculums.
  • Develop relationships, networks, and engagement initiatives across all Company levels to collect and represent employee perspectives and experiences.
  • Work with HR Analytics Team to develop and maintain a transparent I&D Scorecard to identify targets and performance to same, using research and data-driven insights to diagnose and assess the impact of programs and initiatives


Collaborate with teams to inform and execute holistic employee engagement and communication strategies and programs that leverage the passion and perspectives of our people.


Your Experience

  • DEI professional with experience in Human Resources, Change Management, or Employee Engagement.
  • Demonstrated time management and program management skills
  • Project Management: Ability to balance short-term and long-term initiatives in parallel
  • Independent contributor with team-oriented approach: Experienced in leading self-directed work with the ability to determine when to engage with other teams and individuals for support, input, and collaboration.
  • Data analytics: Compiling and translating data into insightful recommendations and critical assessments  
  • Sound judgement and demonstrated ability to navigate difficult conversations or topics with multiple viewpoints in a respectful and constructive manner

•    401k Plan: Eligible and company match and vesting on first day of employment
•    Company Match: 100% on first 4% of employee contributions than 50% on the next 6% of employee Contributions
o    If an employee contributes 10%, Schindler matches 7%
