Manager Labor Relations

Mobility is the goal

  • Resolve employee concerns and grievances, work with management to resolve employee relations issues, provide counsel and guidance to management regarding the appropriate application of performance management processes
  • Will lead/participate in the collective bargaining pre-negotiations and negotiations process
  • Manage the grievance and arbitration process.
  • Interpret and administer contracts pertaining to wages, grievances, employee welfare, pensions, health care, union and management practices. Administer labor relations policies and agreements
  • Draft contract proposals and compile information and statistics on the economic proposals of both labor and management.
  • Primarily working with the field management team to insure a positive and productive work environment. Manage and handle Employee Relations matters
  • Conduct and or participate in Labor Relations/HR related Training Sessions



Mobility needs you

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible human resource and labor relations experience at a generalist level 
  • Demonstrated Labor Relations experience including a proven record of handling union grievances, participating in collective bargaining negotiation, and taking part in arbitration and other labor related proceedings
  • Experience in and knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
  • Able to travel extensively between 50-75%
