Quality & Training Manager

Mobility is the goal

Guide and support  the program teams, PCP training on the job.

Ensure relevant  quality steps are taken, review deliverables.

Q-Plan approval, tailoring approval, check deliverables, inspection, audits.

Participate in reviews, take decision on behalf of CQ-PCP

Reporting (milestone  chart)

Cooperation with R&D, CIC, CQ-SCQ

Plan, lead and support process integation into the Quality Management System of BM and FQE.

Workshops, process development together with line functions, formalization, check, audit.

Templates for deliverables.

Participate or lead internal and external audits

Identify improvement potentials and follow up improvements

Coordinates and participates in action to continuously improve and align PCP processes.

Set-up the RRB team in the lead KG; lead the RRB activities for own KG and for the zone (through KG RRB leaders).

Set-up and implement the field feedback process for the zone following global RRB guidelines and support

Validate the readiness of KG field organization for validation units / ramp up together with the KG RRB and business management

Collect field feedback from all zone KGs (NCR, callbacks), ensure proper root cause analysis and drive fast resolution together with global team and KG RRBs

Ensure proper RRB set-up in zone KGS and support zone KGs to select and train KG RRB resources (RRB lead and field feedback)

Coordinate and support the rollout of the JQC within SEC; provide train to TtT and provide field to ensure a flawless rollout with maximized impact


Mobility needs you

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree;
MBA or equivalent an advantage.

Inspiring leader and excellent communicator
High energy level and perseverance
Cross-cultural experience and sensitivity
Excellent problem solving capability and skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a highly dynamic environment

Track record in cross-functional management;  5 to 10 years experience in a Schindler KG field operation; direct field experience a strong plus

Strong and decisive cross-functional leader, willing and able to collaborAct with multiple partners
