Project Leader - New Products

Mobility is the goal

 

 

Objectives of the function:

Project manage all requirements of new product implementation into our order processing system. 

This role will require project management and leadership in coordinating the implementation of R&D designs, market requirements, and supply chain requests into the automation system used for order processing.

 

Main tasks:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the configuration system chain as it pertains to the new product development. 
  • Communicate, direct, and support requirements between the stakeholders, requirement engineers, and programmers.  Information flow must be managed and implemented in accordance with the overall product timeline goals.
  • Drive core members of the organization to prepare their clear requirements to the various development teams (CAMOS, SAP, CRM, etc)
  • Own specification creation and end to end testing processes
  • Coordinate product changes (system and component) with Global managers
  • Coordinate testing sessions for the configuration systems.
  • Coordinate training plans for the organization on the new configuration tools.
  • Plan and manage the implementation of configuration changes for new change requests once the product is launched – following the standard change management process
  • Prepare weekly management status summaries, highlighting success and risks.
  • Drive risk mitigation actions as the program moves forward.
 

Mobility needs you

 

 

Education:

Bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Preferred (Not Required).

Master’s in engineering or Business Preferred (Not Required)

Professional experience:

10+ years of work experience

5+ years working in the elevator industry

Languages:

  • English

IT:

  • Word, power point, excel, project, Lotus notes, SAP, Shape Sales, CAMOS
