Project Mgr Commodity Fulfillment

Mobility is the goal

Participate in bidding and coordination process on Large Projects with commodity elevator and all escalator product lines in the scope of work.  Participate in regular calls and provide oversight for the completion of critical milestones during project pre-execution; facilitate and track the progress of product lines through the engineering process, ensure on time material orders, production slot planning, quality checks, logistic checks and support of 500 orders.




  • Interface between Large Project Division, Engineering, Order Management Center, Order Consolidation Center, Field Organization
  • Lead of Large Project operational scheduling in accordance with customer clock
  • Lead project calls with Field Organization, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure updated information in the system
  • Oversee project specification review process to ensure responsible cost estimate
  • Prioritize production based on Large Project Division requirements and customer needs; coordinate with factory capacity planner
  • Ensure physical verification of material in Hanover / Order Consolidation Center and performance of quality checks to ensure 100% order fidelity
  • Coordinate shipments from Order Consolidation Center to job-site to ensure 100% on-time delivery
  • Keep track of Key Performance Indicators in terms of scheduling, engineering, quality, and order delivery



The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of performing the following:

  • Successfully manage projects, favorably in the elevator industry
  • Proven leadership and able to communicate on different levels within the organization
  • Understanding of estimating, engineering, supply chain, and quality processes

Mobility needs you

Bachelor's degree (business/engineering)

5+ years of experience in the industry
Proven experience in project management
Good knowledge in elevator systems and engineering processes
Experience working in cross functional roles across direct/indirect reports
