Senior Analyst IT

Mobility is the goal


Schindler’s Morristown, NJ location currently has an opening for a Senior Analyst IT.  The Senior Analyst IT is responsible for supporting IT Infrastructure operations for all Schindler locations.  This includes but is not limited to, installation, maintenance and monitoring of all devices including Cisco switches, server / SAN, and Cloud environments.  The Senior Analyst IT will also respond to end user support issues escalated from helpdesk support positions. 

Server Administration

            Install, configure, and maintain devices

            Monitor security events and respond to issues

            Server and Storage Administration

            Installation and common administration tasks for Windows servers

            Administration and monitoring of a SAN environment

            Administration and monitoring for a VMware server environment

Cloud Services

            Understand Microsoft Azure Cloud fundamentals

Configure and maintain services in a cloud environment (e.g. Azure, SaaS, etc.)

            Monitor Cloud-based services and respond to issues


            Understand network fundamentals and support as needed

General Duties

            Assist in deployment of IT Infrastructure equipment

            Document common tasks and standard operations

            Respond to end user issues that have escalated from helpdesk support

            Work on ongoing IT projects as assigned

            Provide after-hours support via on call schedule


Mobility needs you

  • .Minimum Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Computer Technology or equivalent certifications.
  • BA or BS preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Must possess excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with external clients through a variety of remote access tools.
