Senior Director-MOD Sales

Mobility is the goal

This position is responsible for the strategizing and commercial management of all MOD Sales activities.  Additionally, the incumbent in this role will also be responsible for major project activity management by establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at leading Property Management & Consulting firms to support the ongoing identification and sale of major projects.  In addition, the position provides ongoing support to Area/Territory Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in local markets to secure identified major projects. 

  • Will be responsible for understanding and supporting major project sales efforts that meet or exceed budget. 
  • Will work to identify leads and support the sales effort that best positions Schindler for success. 
  • Must be familiar with all of Schindler’s service offerings and be able to present our value proposition to diverse audiences. 
  • Will be responsible for allocation and management of the Project Managers assigned to Modernization Projects.
  • Leadership for Mod War Room which communicates and implements corporate Major Project commercial strategy to field for Mod
  • Development of data-driven strategy tools to help guide direction on EI/Mod Major Project bidding behavior
  • Governance and internal communication of Mod Major Project activity (BLA)
  • Direct War Room support on Major Project bid strategy, submittals, and customer presentations
