Senior Product Line Manager, New Installation 1

Mobility is the goal

Senior Product Line Manager, New Installation, with Schindler Elevator Corporation at its Morristown, NJ office.  Primary job duties and responsibilities will include:

30%:    Ensure Product adherence in the Elevators Value Chain, including managing targets per Key Performance Indicators, milestones and costs/pricing targets, from sales orders to deliveries to the field.  Ensure that Product Creation Process (PCP) methodology is deployed along the process and throughout sales, ordering, SCM and deliveries to the field.  Responsible for processes definition, implementation, and roll-out plan in regards to sales, ordering, supply chain and deliveries of elevators to the field.

20%:    In charge of assessing and creating Product implementation processes, methodologies and tools to track and achieve the implementation objectives of a new Product Line in the Elevators business.

30%:    Manage day-to-day activities of direct reports to ensure that the team will implement proper processes and systems to allow sales of the new product.  Ensure timely implementation of the order processing, including factory and field, to reflect business needs.

20%:    Manage and ensure alignment throughout Value Chain (product line, supply chain, factory and field) to guarantee successful acceptance and introduction of new product line.

Mobility needs you

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or other closely related field of study.  Plus 36 months of work experience in the offered or other closely related alternate occupations.  Experiences may be concurrent.  Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training to satisfy the minimum requirements for the position.
