Sr Business Analyst

 

Your Skills

Responsible for supporting & developing key NI initiatives to grow top line & increase efficiencies, supported by process and tool enhancements.  The Director will work closely with the SVP – NI  and his direct reports  on initiatives that support the NI business strategy. Initiatives will be varied based on current needs assessments, but all to be developed to better support the overall NI Business and align the needs of our field operations.

  • Liaise with various functional areas and business units across the New Installation (NI) business to analyze and drive execution of key initiatives
  • Support clear definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to be used by business leaders to drive NI strategy
  • Verify accuracy and integrity of data utilized to drive improved insights and reporting across the organization
  • Compile and analyze business trends to develop enhanced business insights
  • Perform research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop actionable recommendations for NI Management team based on analysis of various results
  • Communicate results of analysis to leadership team
  • Draft and coordinate clear, coherent presentations and papers that will be shared with senior company leadership to convey NI results and strategy
  • Gather and organize information about the NI business as directed. Resolve and/or make recommendations on improvements
  • Conduct onsite observations to determine or further define issues requiring detailed analysis
  • Make recommendations to the Sr VP and staff on new systems or procedures through written reports or in presentations during staff meetings
  • Cooperation with customers and partners, including Schindler Digital Business and Finance Departments
 

Your Experience

Bachelors degree - business, management, finance

Masters degree a plus (MBA, finance)
