Main objectives

  • Enhance management of Service Value
  • Embed Pricing principles and methodology
  • Ensure effective Pricing governance in Service, spare pricing for Repair & MOD-T
  • Monitor Service pricing impacts, market trend, opportunities
  • Support KGs with pricing expertise, guidance, trainings
  • Contribute and Support KG & Group strategic projects on area of expertise
  • Owns the Group Service pricing principles and supports potential improvements and implement same in IND
  • Identification of Marketing opportunities for EIB & Ahead products

 

 

Organizational structure

  • Member of EIB Team reporting to EI Business Head
  • Matrix responsibility with Zones EI and Group pricing management roles (typically EI pricing managers, Service AC, Sales managers…)
  • Matrix responsibility with Group Marketing & Sales on Pricing principles and performance of Sales managers and Sales representatives.
  • Higher interaction with EI Service Sales Managers, EI Managers, National Portfolio Manager, National Repair and MOD-T Head
  • High interaction with Group AC and Finance

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Secure consistency of KG list prices, reference prices and sales discounts allowance
  • Evaluate existing service pricing procedures across branches and KG and support potential improvements.
  • Monitor Service pricing performance
  • Consult KG management in service pricing to maximize PF value and Service Profitability.
  • Plan and drive execution of best demonstrated practices among branches and across KG.
  • Develop training measures and concepts
  • Introduce new approaches or methods (e.g.: renegotiation index) to further improve pricing capabilities
  • Contribute to strategic projects enhancing the service portfolio business
  • Collaborate with EI Controller to improve the monthly reporting on pricing
  • Obtain first hand market response from customers and sales organizations
  • Data drilling in portfolio movements with extensive usage and cross checking of all information reported on gains and losses, including NI conversions.
  • Opportunity to improve MOD R, MOD-T & Repair NSP & Profitability through Pricing initiatives like Sweet Spot etc.
  • Do Marketing stuffs like some monthly quick wins, Monthly or Quarterly Pitch/drive for Repairs & MOD-T.
  • Do Marketing activities for promoting Schindler Ahead, Marketing plan for investments for future in the market potentials.

 

 
 
Mobility needs you

Expertise:

Preferable some previous exposure to sales management Ability in understanding controlling and finance

Demonstrated capability in driving operations

Desired experience of at least 7-8 years in service business

 

Knowledge and skills:                       

Solid knowledge of administration, business management, sales and marketing.

Analytical skills, capability to solve complex mathematical problems, judgment and decision making.

Strong networking and communication skills.

High autonomy.

Initiative and independent on responsibilities and challenges.

Knowledge about development of trainings, process description and improvement.

Negotiating and consulting skills as well as quick thinking.

 

Education:                                            Master’s degree in economics, engineering or business engineering
