Territory Ops Manager EI

Mobility is the goal

  • Mentor superintendents with respect to direct engagement of field technicians
  • Implement and maintain T&M billing best practices
  • Coordinate back office support for field superintendents
  • Provide training of superintendents and technicians in processes and methods
  • Train, coach and monitor superintendents for effective time management
  • Ensure long term improvement in management of EI business
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and improve EI C1; implement systems to improve the same
  • Monitor field hourly staff efficiency and route optimization recommendations
  • Achieve all service labor hour objectives and metrics set for the Area.
  • Initiate and attain quarterly BDP process and service cost objectives, budget disciplines, asset management and headcount management to realize Area objectives with specific focus on the 2020 Service Delivery Model.
  • Work closely with all Area personnel to facilitate and focus on the retention and growth of our service business.
  • Provide direction and support to ensure all field employees are trained and committed to Schindler quality initiatives and objectives

Mobility needs you

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in field related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 4-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Engineering or Business or Sales Management experience required preferably with a Technical or Engineered product.
