Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) is a joint venture between Jardine Matheson (est.1832) and Schindler Group(est.1874). JSG is specialized in design, engineer, install, maintain and modernize elevators, escalators and moving walkways in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Macau, Myanmar, Brunei and Cambodia. Assistant Group Total Rewards Manager

Mobility is the goal

  • Support and assist Head of Total Rewards on implementation of Group HR/ Total Rewards initiatives and daily operations
  • Participate and support in Compensation & Benefits related study and alignment across JSG, including Job Grading, Salary & Benefits Benchmarking, Pay position/ pay mix analysis, etc
  • Assist in formulate JSG level C&B policies, processes and governance, monitor regional insurance/ benefits vendors
  • Support in Budget, Annual Merit & Bonus Exercise, Global Total Rewards and JM initiatives/ ad hoc projects
  • Partner with OC HR to understand local needs/situation and support the implementation of total rewards strategy at OC level
  • Coordinate with and support BSC team on payroll/ leave module implementation and HR workflow standardization
  • Provide support in mobility cases, salary proposal, executive compensation, job evaluation process
  • Manage regular reports & presentation deck preparation
 

Mobility needs you

  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related Discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of hands-on experience in human resources management
  • Well-versed in HR data analysis and HR practices
  • Ideally have regional HR exposure but not a must
  • Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in numbers and spreadsheets
  • Good people orientation and achievement orientation
  • High energy level and motivation   
  • Information-seeking, innovative and pragmatic
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
